R8.15 computation readiness — HRV gate correction

The R8.14 audit proved Pulse and RESP were ready at 3.9 s while HRV was delayed to 41.7 s by the display-confidence permission gate. R8.15 removes only that computation gate; HRV peak/IBI/RMSSD mathematics and smoothing remain unchanged. Acceptance: Pulse + HRV + RESP first finite by ≤20.0 s.

R8.21 Pulse Consensus-Gated Re-lock — frozen in R8.22

Pulse re-lock is permitted only when 2-of-3 ROIs agree within 8 bpm, both have SQI ≥25%, fused Pulse agrees within 8 bpm, the shift persists for 3 accepted updates, and the consensus remains ≥18 bpm from stale history. R8.19 HRV, RESP, geometry, readiness, Recovery and Kinetic are unchanged.

R8.19 HRV Startup Convergence — frozen in R8.22

Only HRV temporal convergence changes: first 30 seconds use a 5-value history cap and EMA alpha 0.20; afterward the original 15-value / 0.07 mature smoothing resumes. RMSSD, regional selection, Pulse, RESP, geometry, readiness and downstream formulas are unchanged.

R8.29 — R8.26.2 Authority Alignment Replay + R8.28.1 Motion/Scale

R8.30 preserves the frozen R8.29.2 geometry and scanning contract. AURA is primary after the unchanged strict startup gate. FaceMesh remains the full native watcher/motion-scale reference and becomes temporary failsafe authority only after three consecutive AURA quality failures; AURA returns only after three consecutive strict recovery passes. F/L/R scanning fractions and physiology formulas are unchanged.
